Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days in the United States, 10–20 business days for Canada, the UK and Europe, and 12–25 business days for the rest of the world. These are estimates and can vary with carrier and customs delays.
Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted third-party suppliers, so some items ship directly from overseas warehouses. We're upfront about this so you always know what to expect. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Any active threshold is shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Will I pay customs or duties?
For international orders, you may be charged import duties, customs fees, or taxes by your destination country. These aren't included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. Start a return by emailing support@trainedbytuck.com with your order number. See our full Refund Policy for details.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us right away at support@trainedbytuck.com with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.
Are any items non-returnable?
For hygiene reasons, worn apparel (including sauna suits), sale items, and gift cards can't be returned once used.

How do I choose the right weighted vest weight?
Start lighter than you think — most beginners do well with 6–12 lb and progress up. The ZELUS vest comes in 6–30 lb so you can scale as you get stronger.
Is the gear good for beginners?
Absolutely. TrainedByTuck was built around the gear that took our founder from 290 to 195 lbs — simple, effective tools you can use at home with no gym required.
Do sauna suits really work?
A sauna suit helps you train hotter and sweat more during a session — it's a tool, not magic. Real, lasting change comes from consistent work paired with the right habits.

Can I change or cancel my order?
