PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take longer.
 
SHIPPING TIMES
Some of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, including from overseas warehouses. Estimated delivery times after processing:
 
- United States: 7-15 business days
- Canada, UK, and Europe: 10-20 business days
- Rest of world: 12-25 business days
 
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

TrainedByTuck works with trusted third-party suppliers to bring you quality gear at fair prices. This means some items ship directly to you from international warehouses. We are committed to being upfront about this so you know what to expect.
 
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For orders shipped internationally, you may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
 
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
 
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Any active free-shipping threshold will be shown at checkout.
 
LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
